Be Live Experience Hamaca Garden Hotel - Boca Chica (Santo Domingo)

Brand-new and exceptionally nice unit in the actually bedrooms, we truly enjoyed it. The location was marvellous and perfect, the staff were affable.

Expected that there would be wifi, but we didn't find it.

It was a good stay on a business trip. The location of the hotel was magnificent - not too far from Bocana Beach & Club. The area was beautiful not far from the airport, and Santo Domingo. Loved the room with 2 beds instead of 1, my bed was comfortable. Helpful and amazing stuff, provided information if needed.

We ate at a nice restaurant for the price.

The room was incredibly comfortable with 2 beds instead of 1 and we liked the stay. The location was excellent and comfortable, so close to the garden, a tropical island and grocery stores.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers amenities like a pool, gym, and great dining options. The staff even helped me print tickets during my first stay. I can't wait to return for Christmas.

Great beach, but outdated rooms and poor service ruined the experience for us.

The Garden side of the resort was peaceful, and the cold meats at the buffet were enjoyable. The place is in dire need of repairs, with several guests experiencing room issues. Our sink leaked and took a week to fix. The uncomfortable mattress and sporadic water outages were quite disappointing. Dining options were lacking, with bland food and a limited selection of fruits.

My room here was great with a safe, a minibar, and an electronic key card for added convenience.

It was just a suitable option for a city holiday in Boca Chica with value for money. The highlight was an awesome bartender named John Manuel Diaz. Make sure to bring your own cutlery for meals.

The check-in process drags on, feeling like an exercise in patience. Prepare for long lines. Rooms need serious updates. Outdated furniture and unreliable air conditioning make comfort elusive. Food quality fluctuates, leaning towards processed items with excessive queues during busy meals. Be wary of small critters making unexpected midnight appearances. Bring your valuables close, since leaving anything unattended could lead to it vanishing quickly.
